When it comes to fast cars on circuit – just let us know what you want! The OperationThe entire fleet of Formula Palmer Audi cars is maintained to the highest standards in our spacious workshop at Bedford Autodrome, by a team of experienced mechanics. Every car has been totally rebuilt as new for the 2004 season, including a brand new engine. All cars are prepared to identical standards to ensure every driver has an equal opportunity. The components on every car are identical. The weight of every car is the same, and measured with driver so heavier drivers are not disadvantaged! The cars are transported to each event in an immaculate fleet of FPA transporters and make a spectacular show in the race paddock. At the circuit each car is run by a dedicated mechanic. Cars will usually be run from the main pits garages and if not from the awnings in the FPA village. The cars are equipped with an advanced Stack data logging system and after every test, qualifying and race you will be able to see how your driver’s performance compares with the fastest, from a data print out including speed, revs, gears and turbo boost.
